- Once your return package has been received and the product is deemed returnable by Aikyam Apparel, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

- For ironing the hoodie, use a low heat setting.
For ironing the embroidery areas, use a low heat setting on the reverse side with a thin cotton cloth or a pressing cloth over the embroidered area to prevent direct contact with the iron. Proceed with caution!
