Aikyam Apparel is a clothing brand based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website at aikyamapparel.com.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Product colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting. We do our best to represent our products accurately.

Each of our garments is handcrafted. Minor variations in measurements of ±0.5 inches are normal and expected.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards.
We do not store your payment information.

4. Shipping

We ship across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Aikyam Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is outlined in full on our Returns & Refunds page. In summary:

  • 14-day return window from date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Exchanges available for Ontario residents only
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, text, photography, and product imagery — is the property of Aikyam Apparel and protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Our designs are original works — any reproduction or imitation is a violation of our intellectual property rights.
