1. Email Aikyam Apparel at connect@aikyamapparel.com to obtain return authorization. Please ensure you do this before initiating the return/exchange process as each case will be handled individually. Depending on the issue, you may be asked to provide photos to assist with the assessment.
   
   
2. Our return policy allows for returns of all unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that damaged, worn, or unsuitable items cannot be refunded.
   Additionally, please be aware that the refund for returns will not include the original shipping costs paid for the initial delivery of the product.
   
   
3. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in the original shipping box/bag or something similar. Please note that we will refuse any shipment which arrives with postage due.
   
   
4. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs incurred when returning merchandise, and these will be deducted from the reimbursement if necessary.
   
   
5. Once your return package has been received and the product is deemed returnable by Aikyam Apparel, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
   
   
6. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted if applicable.

Currently, we are only able to offer exchanges for those residing in Ontario. To exchange, please email Aikyam Apparel at connect@aikyamapparel.com for options.

If you are outside of Ontario, you will need to return the item and repurchase. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Exchanges are not available for sizing issues. Please refer to our sizing chart before making a purchase.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing of your order. Once shipped, an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent.

All items are shipped worldwide via Canada Post from our location in Guelph. Delivery times vary depending on location.

All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars. Any duties and taxes incurred when items ship internationally are the responsibility of the customer. For inquiries about duties or taxes, contact your local customs or postal office.

Please note that return refunds will not include the original shipping costs paid for the initial delivery of the product. Additionally, Aikyam Apparel does not provide free shipping for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
