Return & Exchange Policy
We know you’ll love your Aikyam product, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a stress-free return policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.To start a return, contact connect@aikyamapparel.com.
1. Basic Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery because we want you to love what you wear.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom Embroidered Products – Final sale due to personalization.
- Final Sale Items – Not eligible for return or exchange.
- We are not responsible for lost returns, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
- To ensure you get the size or item you want, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order right away.
- Please email us to initiate your return and mention in your email that you will be placing a new order for the exchange. This helps us track your request and assist you efficiently.
2. Location-Based Return & Exchange Policies
Canada – Free Returns
- We’ll cover your return shipping—just email us, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
USA – Customer-Paid Returns
- Customers cover the return shipping cost.
- Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost once we receive and inspect the item.
- Important: Clearly mark your package as “Return of Online Purchase of Goods Made in Canada” to avoid duties/taxes. If not labeled correctly, any fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
No Returns or Exchanges Outside North America
- At this time, we only accept returns from Canada and the USA. We hope to expand in the future!
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued once returns are received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
- We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
