Return Policy

We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

To start a return, email us at connect@aikyamapparel.com with your order number. We'll send you instructions from there. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages & Wrong Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at connect@aikyamapparel.com and we'll sort it out.


Exchanges

Exchanges are currently available for Ontario residents only.

Email us at connect@aikyamapparel.com and we'll walk you through your options.

If you're outside Ontario, return the item and place a new order. We're working on expanding this — we appreciate your patience.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing times vary — if 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at connect@aikyamapparel.com.
